Meon Springs offers a range of inspiring and active Away Days, Client Days and Team Development.
Aways Days can include team meetings, workshops, team-building activities, nature skills, fly fishing and clay shooting, wellbeing activities and creative art sessions. They are designed to create a fun and enjoyable backdrop to the important task of getting your team together and appreciating them for being there.
Client Days, such as The Cast and Blast fishing and shooting day are designed to get your team together with your clients and have a fun and enjoyable time doing something relaxing together.
Team Development this year is focusing around Communication and Negotiation, with our introductory event being called "Creating Brilliant Solutions". A programme to help your team solve problems, negotiate better deals and deliver better results.
Come to Meon Springs for team-bonding Away Days, enjoyable Client Days and inspirational Team Development tailored to your needs in an inspiring beautiful and relaxing rural environment.
Excellent meeting facilities, activities and space supported by qualified and enthusiastic teams providing team-building, training and facilitation, catering and organisational support and admin.
Away Day activities include countryside sports, nature-based experiences, team building exercises, bushcraft and yoga and art sessions.
These activities can be combined with company meetings and conferences, using our unique traditional buildings for small and large groups and overnight stays in our Yurt Village or Shepherd's Huts.
Food and Drink is fresh, local (where possible) and homemade, with dietary requirements carefully considered.
Our most popular Client Day is a fly fishing and clay shooting event that we call The Cast and Blast. It is a fantastic event to spend a day with your clients doing something different and relaxing, supported by excellent tuition and amazing food.
Team Development at Meon Springs revolves around our new programme for 2025 "Creating Brilliant Solutions".
"Brilliant Solutions" is about helping teams and organisations to find clarity, deliver right actions and achieve - Brilliant Solutions. It does this via a combination of workshops, discussions, team-building activities and exercises led by professional and enthusiastic facilitators.

Venue Hire
Meon Springs is a rural business retreat for meetings, conferences and corporate events.
The Long Barn: 18th-century thatched building with a capacity of to 80 people, perfect for larger gatherings.
The Stables: Suitable for groups of up to 15.
Woodland Retreat Centre: Ideal for informal chats around the campfire.
Choose food and drink offerings from working lunches to formal dining experiences. Enhance your meeting with a Meon Springs activity or workshop. And stay overnight at Meon Springs Yurt Village or Shepherd's Huts.
Food and Drink
Meon Springs offer a wide menu of catering options to support your Corporate Event including working lunches, barbecues with meats from local butchers, farmhouse fayre food, continental and mediterranean style food and much more. All dietary requirements and preferences are catered for.
Your team have the option of staying in our Shepherd's Huts or local hotel accommodation or glamping at Meon Springs Yurt Village, which has six Mongolian Yurts (comfortably sleeping 24 people in total), additional bell tents are available for larger groups. Or for smaller groups Meon Springs Fishery, has five Shepherd’s Huts (doubles) and two Shepherd's Huts (twins). Bookings for the Outdoor Living Experiences will have the option of staying in bell tents.
Meon Springs is tucked away in a valley but is serviced by main roads and train stations with fast links into London. Petersfield Town and Winchester City are within a 30 minute drive. Many businesses from Southampton, Portsmouth, Basingstoke and London use Meon Springs as a business venue.
