BOOKING
Below is our online booking system, which shows you current availability and prices for all of our accommodation.
Please go ahead and book - if you cancel your booking more than six months before arrival, we will fully refund your deposit - No questions asked. After that, so long as the accommodation re-books, we will refund any payments made or offer a voucher to book another time. If we for any reason can't fulfill the booking, we will refund or offer you a voucher.

A deposit of 25% is paid on booking, with the balance requested 8 weeks prior to arrival.
SHEPHERD'S HUTS

Olive - A cosy hut with one double bed, ideal for couples. En-suite facilities

Hawthorn - Two huts sharing the same facilities (outside the huts). Can be made up as two doubles or four singles.

Damsel, Alder, Mayfly and Sedge - Each have a foldaway double bed giving daytime space, with en-suite facilities.
​YURTS

All six yurts are the same size and style.

Four beds and a futon, to comfortably sleep four singles. Double beds can be made out of two singles.

Groups can choose "The Whole Village" option or up to three of the individual yurts.

Our changeover days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Accommodation can be booked for the week or as below:

"What is the most important animal on the farm?
When you come to Meon Springs, you will immerse yourself into everything that is going on, whether it be happenings on the farm, the fly fishery or clay shooting, yoga or art workshops or simply relaxing with loved ones or creating a family adventure.

Before then you can receive ongoing updates of what is happening in the valley and on the farm including early notice of discounts and offers and answers to rural questions such as "What's the most important animal on the farm?". (I'll give you a clue - it lives in the soil and wriggles).

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we bring our dog?
Well behaved dogs are welcome (public liability insurance required). Please always keep them under control and clean up behind them.

When can we arrive and how long can we stay?

Weekend stays: Arrive Friday, for up to 3 nights

Mid-week stays: Arrive Monday, for 2 or 4 nights, or Wednesday for 2 nights

Full weeks: Arrive Monday or Friday
Can we stay for one night?
You cannot book our accommodation on a per night basis but sometimes you might find the short break price reasonable enough to take your one night.
Arrival and checkout
You can access your accommodation from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10am on the day of your departure.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A 25% deposit on booking is required, with the balance due eight weeks before.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Please get in contact immediately. If the cancellation is more than eight weeks prior to your stay, you will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within eight weeks will incur the full cost of the holiday. If cancellations are made as part of a group booking, then all the accommodation still needs to be paid for in full. To mitigate any eventuality, we advise you to take out suitable travel insurance. We will always do our best to re-sell your holiday for you, under which circumstances there will be no charge incurred.
How many does each yurt sleep?
Each yurt sleeps up to six people. Each has four beds, and a double futon. We can add a bedroll. The beds are made up, with fresh linen. They can be arranged as a double and two singles, or four singles.
Do you allow children?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome to stay for Yurt holidays at our village. The Shepherd's Huts are adults only.
Can we book more than one yurt?
You can book up to three yurts for one party or you can book all six which gives you exclusivity of the Yurt Village.
What do we need to bring?
You need to bring towels, personal belongings and whatever you want to eat and drink. Bedding, cutlery, and crockery are all included.
Do the yurts have electric and heating?
Yes - each yurt has electric points, lighting, and a wood-burning stove. There are electric blow heaters, to take the chill off, on those really cold nights.
Enhance your stay by booking an experience
You can make your stay at Meon Springs extra special by booking an experience like fly fishing, clay shooting or yoga. Staying guests who are competent in fly fishing can book complimentary day fishing and evening fishing tickets to use during their stay subject to availability (there is a charge of £12.50 for each trout which is caught).
